ALTUM supported residential building projects are providing rent-controlled rental apartments with the aim of providing sustainable and affordable housing. The building has been designed with the well-being of its occupants in mind, with effective, light-filled spaces, functional layouts and modern style throughout.
The building has also been designed with sustainability in mind, with a low-carbon emission design and energy-efficient systems. The building is part of a larger effort to revitalize Latvia's cities with modern, sustainable apartment buildings.
In many areas, new apartment buildings are not a common sight, and the these buildings will be ones of the first to offer rent-controlled apartments with modern amenities and design. We are proud to be able to offer an affordable housing option that is also sustainable, and that will help contribute to the modernization of the cities.
The building is designed to be modular, allowing effective production and construction. Each apartment features energy-efficient systems, such as efficient lighting, ventilation, and heating.
With its modern design, energy-efficient systems, and effective planning, it is an example of how we can work towards providing more affordable and sustainable housing options.
We are proud to be part of this effort and to be able to offer Latvians a modern housing option that is both affordable and sustainable.
